A dedicated arts space, similar to the torpedo factory in Alexandria or the workhouse arts center in lorton. Galleries, classes, events.

More canopies covering playgrounds like at South Run. The playgrounds in direct sun get so hot in the summer that they aren't usable.

Nature-based playgrounds! Play spaces like Westmoreland Park in SE Portland, OR or Oxbow Regional Park in Gresham, OR.

Whatever kind of space you choose, please make sure noise levels do not consistently disturb the neighbors.

There should be Tai Chi, Yoga, aquatics for Senior’s, like in the blue zones, make sure the aging population do not get isolated and sick.

Improve the park on Berry St. - it is a shame the neglected conditions is in!

Dancing Under the Stars! In Fairfax Old Town Square Park, during the Spring/Summer season, have dancing nights! (portable dancing floors)
