The Future State project reimagines how Milwaukee County serves everyone who lives, works, and plays in our community. Through this effort, project partners BerryDunn and Kairo Communications created draft recommendations. These recommendations are ideas to improve the County’s services, policies, practices, and organizational structure. They are the next step toward realizing our shared Milwaukee County vision: by achieving racial equity, Milwaukee is the healthiest county in Wisconsin. The Future State team is sharing these recommendations with community members, so our path forward reflects the thoughts and experiences of people across Milwaukee County.

Your opinion is important. Please answer the following questions based on your experience and point of view. Your answers are private. The survey results will be combined with feedback from other Future State outreach and used to improve the recommendations. This input will shape a final report that will be shared with the Milwaukee County Board of Supervisors by Summer 2026. County leaders will use this information to decide which draft recommendations move forward.

This survey will take about 15 minutes to complete.
