An indoor tennis facility. Many other communities nearby have amazing park district indoor swim, tennis and workout facilities.

More LEGO and coding programs. They seem to be only offered during the summer - would love the see them throughout the year.

Go for a referendum to make all of these comments happen! Wheaton is desirable because of our AMAZING park & school system! Great work WPD!!

Work within the WPD budget: WPD residents have no interest in higher park district taxes for big capital projects.

Fix summer camp signup. It’s frustrating when you log in before 12am & the system won’t let you register before 12:07 & you get waitlisted.

Please improve our baseball facilities. We have shared practice fields, cancelled games bc they don’t drain. Too much $ to play for that.

Improve field conditions for all outdoor sports. Improve indoor training facilities and add additional facilities to accommodate teams.

WPD is not taking care of its playing fields. Many of the fields are currently unusable or in terrible shape due to mismanagement.

Expand the idea of the Prairie Patch expanded to other park spaces in the city: natural, moveable play materials and pleasant natural areas.

I would love to see the floating docks at Lincoln Marsh improved. The signage is great but the docks are unsightly and awkward.

Our PPF facility is a “GEM” 🙌 I have exercised in 100–150 gyms over past 60 years. Ours is the BEST for fitness snd health wellbeing.

We all walk outside more due to work from home status. Please clear the PAVED walking paths in the WINTER months for more access.

To maintain quality travel programs for Warriors Baseball and Wheaton United greatly improved outdoor and indoor facilities are needed!

Increase the price of non-resident signups for activities. Sometimes it's only a few dollars difference - other park districts charge $30+!

Indoor water parks for the long winters. Longer (earlier admission time) hours for Rice Pool when in season.

Pottery is hard to access for regular people- it's too expensive to do alone. Fund pottery & add later class times for those who commute!

Fix the Wheaton theater!!! Bring back movies and also use it for concerts and events!!

Outreach to low income families to include them in all activities. We have a diverse community that's NOT represented in WPD activities.

Investment in better draining athletic fields, specifically baseball/softball. Adding grass infields and/or an upgraded playing surfaces.

Have more ideas for birthday parties. It is so expensive having kids parties it would be great to have wheaton park district as a destinatio
