City of Fayetteville Site Plan & Development Permitting Process Review
The City of Fayetteville has engaged BerryDunn to conduct a development permitting process review. For this initiative, BerryDunn is seeking feedback from developers, contractors, property owners, residents, and others who have feedback on the Fayetteville's permitting, inspections, and development review processes.
The City has retained Berry Dunn McNeil & Parker LLC (BerryDunn) to assist the Department of Development Services conduct a review of the City’s site plan review and development permitting processes. BerryDunn is an independent information technology and management consulting firm with experience working on permitting process improvement projects nation-wide. BerryDunn will assess the City's development review processes, gather input from staff and external stakeholders, and map how the process works today to identify issues and opportunities for improvement. They will then develop recommendations, and an implementation roadmap to help the City streamline coordination, improve communication, and enhance the customer experience.
Input gathered here—along with staff interviews and focus groups—will inform the project’s assessment findings and recommendations. Feedback helps to identify the process challenges and future improvements the City will consider.
BerryDunn is hosting this public‑facing Social Pinpoint site to share updates and collect input. The team is also conducting an external web survey for stakeholders (e.g., developers, property owners, architects, civil engineers, and contractors). Open-ended and polling questions may also be used to collect additional feedback from external stakeholders throughout the project.

After your account has been terminated, the content you have posted may also remain indefinitely on the site.

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, the United States of America without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
BerryDunn, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, licensors and other partners are not responsible for any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising from a breach of this agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
This website contains the copyrighted material, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and other proprietary information (“Intellectual Property”) of BerryDunn and its suppliers and licensors. BerryDunn owns and retains all proprietary rights in the intellectual property. All intellectual property in the content of this site including without limitation to text, software, source code, pages, documents and online graphics, photographs, sounds, audio, video and other interactive features are owned by or licensed to us.
Any original content that you submit or post on our site may be made available to the public and allows users to share your content (with the end user acknowledging your contribution) under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 License.
