Welcome to the community engagement web page for the City of Indio Strategic Plan. The Plan will guide the City's operations over the next five years. Once completed, it will align with the City's budget and resources to strategic priorities and objectives.
The City is famous for its vibrant cultural scene, Indio hosts eight major annual festivals and numerous other events that draw hundreds of thousands of visitors annually, showcasing a mix of music, sports, entertainment, and diverse cuisines.
How to Get Involved
The success of the Strategic Plan depends on input from people like you - who know and love the City of Indio and have a vested interest in making it an even better place to live. To make the Strategic Plan work we need YOU! This is one of the engagement opportunities that will inform the City for the development of the strategic plan.
