Cooler Raffle Rules, Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:
To enter, participants must complete a comment card at a Kettering event or return a completed comment card to either the Kettering Recreation Complex or Rosewood Arts Center by October 31, 2025. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Entry Requirements:

• All entries must include legible contact information (name and phone number).
• Contact information will be used solely to notify the winner.

Prize:

• One (1) winner will be selected at random in November 2025.
• The prize is a YETI cooler with an approximate retail value of $200.
• There is no cash alternative or substitution for the prize.

Winner Notification:

• The selected winner will be contacted using the information provided.
• If the winner does not respond or claim the prize within 7 days of initial contact, a new winner will be selected using the same process.
• This process will repeat until the prize is successfully awarded.

General Terms:

• By submitting a comment card, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

The City of Kettering reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules.
