January 23, 2026: Thank you for your interest in the Town of Essex Parks & Recreation Needs Assessment and Impact Fee Analysis. Community engagement began in September 2025 and concluded in January 2026, after exceeding the required number of responses for statistical validity of the community survey.

We are now analyzing the significant input from online suggestions, survey responses, and comment cards. This input, combined with additional analysis, will guide future planning and improvements in the Town of Essex. The project is moving from analysis to visioning in February and March, with plan completion in the Spring.
