Village of Northbrook Strategic Plan

The Village Board of Trustees is developing a Strategic Plan with input from the community and stakeholders to build consensus around the concepts for the Village’s mission statement, vision, values, priorities, and goals. The final draft of the Strategic Plan is being reviewed by the Village Board with an anticipated adoption in May 2026.
