Village of Northbrook Strategic Plan: Draft Available for Public Review

The Village Board of Trustees is developing a Strategic Plan with input from the community and stakeholders to build consensus around the concepts for the Village’s mission statement, vision, values, priorities, and goals.

A draft of the Village’s Strategic Plan is available at the link below for review. Please email the Village Board your comments on the draft Strategic Plan at village@northbrook.il.us. Community comments on the draft Strategic Plan will be accepted through March 31, 2026.
