Encourage redevelopment of, and public transit access to, Northbrook Court for shopping, dining, entertainment, and maybe residential.

Finish the link to the Skokie Valley bike trail south of Lake Cook.

Attract businesses for Northbrook residents downtown. No real estate, paint and auto repair stores. Need restaurants, boutiques, etc.

Move Northbrook Days music/entertainment, food and other appropriate features back to Village Green. Carnival items move to East Train lot.

Return 4th of July (and other) parade route to former route.

Focus downtown around the river, build a discrete and green parking structure.

Develop a River Walk from Village green to library. Visit Naperville for inspiration.

Create a bike path to connect Northbrook to the Skokie Lagoons bike trail which also connects to the Chicago Botanical Gardens.

Improve bicycle paths to surrounding communities. There really is no safe way to get to downtown Deerfield.
